Christie Marie Coleman is a Pastry Chef with seven years of professional experience in the industry. Christie graduated from the New England Culinary Institute and holds a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. She has worked in both small and large retail bakeries in Vermont, New Hampshire, and here at home in Pennsylvania.
Christie has received awards and honors for her work in both local and state competitions. She is a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES), a worldwide organization of sugar artists and cake decorators.
Christie lives in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, where she opened up her own bake shop named Christie's Memorable Cakes which specializes in custom cake designs for all occasions.
